NON started with a question: what if non-alcoholic drinks didn’t have to apologise?

Born in a test kitchen, not a lab, NON was built from scratch by rethinking what drinking could be. We use real produce, culinary techniques, and zero alcohol to create bold, adult flavour that holds up at the table — or wherever you pour it.

NON was founded by Aaron Trotman, a foodie on a mission to shape the future of non-alcoholic drinks. The drinks are all made in-house by a team of expert food and drink professionals in a purpose-built facility in Melbourne, Australia: one of the epicentres of the gastronomic world.
NON is an intricate balancing act of flavour, built from scratch with key notes of floral, tannin, salinity & acidity and a bold, minimalist design.
The spark behind NON occurred in London, when Aaron's wife got a non-alc pairing at The Clove Club. The flavours paired so well with the food, and thus began Aaron's mission to capture exceptionally-flavoured drinks into bottles, so they could be enjoyed at home, too.
